I was leading a marketing lecture for an introduction to marketing course. The class was discussing 1-800-Flowers and their competition. I kept saying that one of their competitors was FDS. After a student corrected me, that its FTS, I still kept saying FDS. I asked students where does FDS come from? Not a peep from anyone. After class I remembered that FDS is Feminine Deodorant Spray.
