Interfaith Ketubah

Mom and Dad,

Although the ceremony was in English, we brought some good ole Jewish tradition with us. We have an interfaith ketubah (religious marriage certificate). We also exchanged rings, using the right index finger, the finger with an artery to the heart. And Phu smashed a glass at the end. Well, Jeff suggested a light bulb would be easier, so with his flip flop, a few tries, he smashed. The crowd yelled “Mazel Tov”, and off we went to dinner at the golf course. A wonderful day.

Miss you,
Debbie
