Love Dog
I was showing a duplex I own to prospective tenants, Ryan and Jessica. We were greeted at the door by a beautiful black lab puppy, who was so excited to see us he immediately peed on the living room carpet, then jumping up and down, wagging his tail, he followed us upstairs to the bedroom. He quickly jumped on the neatly made bed and peed all over the navy blue comforter. On the way down the stairs Ryan said they had several more places to see. In a few days I won’t need to follow up with Ryan to say “Do you remember seeing the duplex?”
